Job Title : **SAP FICO / SAP Finance Consultant**

**Rate:** $65/hr on W2
We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO / SAP Finance Consultant** with strong hands-on experience in **SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **Finance, Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Consolidation**.
This role is primarily focused on **SAP Finance and BPC**, with less emphasis on traditional SAP CO. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to support the existing SAP Finance environment while identifying opportunities to improve and optimize finance processes and SAP solutions.
* Provide functional expertise in **SAP Finance/FICO**, with a strong focus on SAP BPC.
* Support and enhance **SAP BPC planning and consolidation** processes.
* Work on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
* Configure and support SAP BPC solutions based on business requirements.
* Analyze existing SAP Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements.
* Support financial consolidation and business planning activities.
* Assist with business controls and financial process improvements.
* Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot SAP Finance/BPC issues and provide appropriate solutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data flows.
* Provide recommendations to improve SAP and overall Finance operations.
* Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP Finance processes.
* Strong hands-on experience with **SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)**.
* Strong functional experience in **SAP FI / SAP Finance**.
* Experience with **Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation**.
* Experience with SAP BPC configuration and business processes.
* Good understanding of **financial reporting and business controls**.
* Experience working with Finance and business stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
* SAP BW/BW4HANA experience.
* SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
* Experience with Finance transformation initiatives.
* Experience integrating SAP BPC with other SAP Finance solutions.
* Experience working on large-scale SAP implementations or enhancements.
