E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager

Onsite - Full time

4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the online store, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, and support broader in-house retail marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and hands-on e-commerce professional who can take ownership of the online business while working collaboratively across Sales, Design, and Marketing. This individual should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution—from analyzing website performance and developing advertising campaigns to managing product content and coordinating creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Ensure product detail information is accurate and up to date, including product copy, images, specifications, and sizing guides.
• Liaise with outside developers regarding website maintenance, enhancements, and technical issues.
• Manage and maintain a large database of product SKUs and inventory.
• Oversee e-commerce platform functionality, user experience, and customer reviews.
• Develop strategies to grow and maintain the customer database.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and manage the overall e-commerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and online sales.
• Partner with Design and Sales teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM, and paid advertising .
• Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital advertising strategy and performance across relevant platforms.
• Prepare weekly website analytics and performance reports for executive review.
• Analyze website and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate photo shoots and creative asset development for products, website content, and advertising.
• Monitor e-commerce expenses and assist with establishing sales goals and strategies to drive online revenue.

In-House Marketing

• Manage the in-house Graphic Designer and ensure the image library is current and organized for wholesale product catalogs.
• Oversee the development and design of in-house email templates and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across digital and retail marketing channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager/Power Editor, Google Ads/AdWords, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with website design, e-commerce platforms, and user experience optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM, and online advertising.
• Social media savvy with an understanding of current digital marketing trends.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
